Hassle-Free Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Most items in their original condition can be returned for a full refund.

At Celestial Auraa, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • In the original sealed container (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Note: For hygiene reasons, opened bath salt containers cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Opened or used bath salt products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Important: Due to the nature of our bath products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before opening.

4. Return Process

Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:

Email us at returns@celestialauraa.com or call +91 98765 43210 (Ext. 3) within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

We will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions within 24 hours.

Package Your Item

Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.

Ship the Package

Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund Initiated: Within 24 hours of return approval
  • Credit Card/Payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery Refunds: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days

  • UPI/Net Banking: Refund to original account
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (account details required)
  • Wallet Payments: Refund to original wallet

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different product or size, subject to availability.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in stock for exchange
  • Customer pays return shipping for exchanges
  • We cover shipping for the replacement item

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our support team for exchange approval
  2. Return the original item following the return process
  3. Once received, we will ship the replacement item
  4. If the replacement costs more, you'll pay the difference
  5. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

What to Do:

  1. Do Not Accept Delivery: If the package appears damaged, refuse delivery
  2. Take Photos: Document the damage with clear photos
  3. Contact Us Immediately: Within 24 hours of delivery
  4. Provide Details: Order number, photos, and description
  5. We Will Arrange: Free return shipping and replacement/refund

Important: For damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We cover all shipping costs for defective or damaged item returns.

8. Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, we apologize for the error and will make it right immediately.

Our Process:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the received item and packaging
  • We will arrange for free pickup of the wrong item
  • We will ship the correct item immediately
  • You may keep the wrong item if you wish (for small value items)

10. International Returns

Currently, we do not accept international returns due to customs restrictions and high shipping costs. International customers should contact us before placing an order if they have concerns about product suitability.

International Customers: Due to customs regulations and shipping complexities, we cannot accept returns from international locations. Please ensure you understand our products before ordering.

11. Gift Returns

Items marked as "Gift" when purchased can be returned for store credit. The store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

Gift Return Requirements:

  • Must be within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Gift receipt must be included
  • Refund issued as store credit to original purchaser
  • Return shipping paid by customer

12. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
  3. Contact your bank (refunds can take time to post)
  4. If still unresolved, contact us with your order details

We will investigate and update you on the status of your refund.

13. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

Sale Items Policy: Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. Please choose carefully during sales events.
